Hello everyone~! I've made this account in order to keep my Japanese>English translations (amongst a few other things) on LJ, because I don't want to clutter up my personal account and I don't really want to make a community. =D;
I want to make this clear very first, my first language is English! It's nearly impossible to translate most things from Japanese into English without loosing their meaning completely, so if something sounds too vague or kind of wordy, that's probably because it doesn't really work in English in that first place. Or maybe I made a typo. |D But there are a lot of things you can express in Japanese that you can't in English, if there's a major difference that I can't express in English I'll add a footnote and explain it though. A lot of things sound really stiff and clunky when you translate them, but I try to change things as little as I can when I translate so it sounds okay, but it doesn't loose it's meaning. And I probably make a lot of mistakes, so if you do catch a mistake or disagree with the way I translate something, tell me, because I like to try to learn from my mistakes. I think a lot of the time it depends on the person who's reading the Japanese text, because it can become so many different things in English.
Most likely for a while I'll only do translations from things that Kyo's written. XD Like his lyrics and articles from Haiiro no Ginka, possibly a few interviews, because I love his poetry and I find all of his jokes and crazy ranting in his articles highly amusing. XDDD

I'm sorry to say that I'm going to have to friends lock some of my posts. Which I really hate to do, since I hate having to friend a community or journal just to read some stupid little thing. >_< But I have so many posts that I've yet to save to my computer, and I don't want to lose them because my journal got deleted. So I'm sorry in advance to everyone! D=
I might go through them later on and unlock them and add a rating to them, but I think that's a little worse than just locking them, so I'm not completely sure about that yet...
I'll only be friends locking posts with adult themes, and I'll mark all of the titles in my memories that have been locked. Even the ones that are locked aren't that bad, but I'd rather be safe than lose everything.
